A: Yes. Depending on your location you may be charged applicable taxes that you will be required to pay upon delivery. Please ensure you ask the relevant local authorities whether these taxes will apply to your order.
Q: I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift to avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
A: We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Wallee's ability to continue exporting products.
Q: I live in Los Angeles, can I come by and pick one up?
A: Currently, we don’t have a local pick up option. This may well change in the near future so stay tuned.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, International shipping is available for a flat $10 globally!
Q: Do we ship to PO boxes?
A: Yes. We are able to deliver to PO box addresses.
Q: How do you ship?
A: Our shipping is via USPS standard airmail. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional fee and is selectable during checkout. Please note, tracking is generally not available on orders shipped via our standard shipping option.
